VERTEX INDUSTRIES is leading manufacturer & exporter of HDPE Monofilament Woven Fabrics in India.
We have a fully integrated manufacturing unit, the required team & infrastructure to make insect net on large scale. We first extrude Monofilament Yarn from HDPE granules on our PE Monofilament making machine. The monofilament yarn is then quality tested for denier, tensile strength, heat shrinkage etc. The monofilament yarn is then woven into insect net/mesh using latest weaving technology. The insect net is then subjected to quality test with respect to tensile strength, bursting strength, air permeability etc.
After complete quality scrutiny, the inset net is then packed & is made ready for despatch. We have the latest technology yarn making, warping & weaving machinery. Many of our machines are imported from Europe & USA.
